The project covers a planned area of approximately 33 hectares and includes a construction area of around 890,000 square meters.

The project will constitute two pivotal components, namely the hub port and the business area. The hub port, which serves as the focal point of this project, is geared towards aviation as its core industry and will feature an array of unique buildings specifically designed for aircraft, business aircraft buildings, and airline bases. The primary objective of this hub port is to provide swift and seamless aviation services for the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area, commonly referred to as SCODA.

The business area will integrate the resources of the SCODA and RCEP, use aviation's hub capacity, and focus on the three particular industries of airport service, high tech, and foreign trade. It will provide services related to enterprise, finance, business, and visa, as well as hotel, apartment, urban parks, and sports and leisure facilities.

According to local officials, when the project is completed, it can house 40-60 large enterprises, providing 22,000 to 46,000 jobs.
