With a total building area of about 360 square meters, the hall displays more than 200 representative exhibits in eight categories: drawing, weaving, printing, carving, forging, lacquer painting, writing materials, and gourmet food.

The handicraft hall is intended to bring together the creativity, innovation, and design resources of enterprises, organizations, and academic institutions. It will incorporate handicraft practice, education, research, collection, protection, and exhibition.

Folk artists, crafts masters and intangible cultural heritage inheritors will also be invited to give lectures at the hall.
