The Laoshan venue of the 32nd Qingdao International Beer Festival opened on the evening of July 22 at Century Square Beer City in Laoshan district, Qingdao.

To attract more engagement from the public and build a summer carnival for local residents, Century Square Beer City offers free admission.

Lasting until Aug 7, the Laoshan session of the annual beer festival will host an extravaganza of activities such as cultural performances, open-air concerts, light shows, parades and drone shows.

Laoshan district has implemented adequate preparation and comprehensive plans to host a vibrant and jubilant beer festival with strict epidemic prevention and control measures. The festival will contribute to the district's efforts in building a strong nighttime economy as well as fostering a new cultural and tourism image.
