International talent center opens in Shinan
Fushan Bay International Talent Port and Qingdao Haichuang Park opened in Shinan district, Qingdao on May 11, and the Fushan Bay Overseas Talent Station in South Korea was also unveiled.
Building the international talent port is an essential step of Qingdao to attract high-caliber workers who have studied overseas, officials said.
They also noted that it is also a great opportunity for Shinan district to build an international talent center with a holistic talent service chain that covers the entire city and the Shandong Peninsula.
"The Fushan Bay Overseas Talent Station in South Korea will be a window for Chinese and South Korean companies to attract talents and acquire trade information," a representative from the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency said at the opening ceremony.
Several Chinese and South Korean youth experts were appointed as talent attraction ambassadors of the Fushan Bay International Talent Port during the event.
The bilingual ceremony was broadcast online and received more than 396,000 views.
