By the end of November, a total of 445,500 new urban jobs were created in the city, up 18.86 percent year on year, while the registered urban unemployment rate stood at 3.02 percent, well below the local government's annual ceiling of 4 percent.

Over the same period, the number of social security participants and their benefits had also increased, and the policy of reducing and delaying social insurance premiums had benefited market entities.

The local government has launched measures and offered strong talent support to facilitate the city's economic and social development.

During the period, it attracted 3,316 graduates from "Double First-Class" universities. The government has estimated that 250,000 talents would have been introduced to the city by the end of the year.

The city has been making continuous efforts to realize, protect and develop the legitimate rights and interests of workers, and enable the working class to have a stronger sense of fulfillment, happiness and security.
