Hisense becomes global sponsor of Paris Saint-Germain

Globally renowned football club Paris Saint-Germain announced on Aug 10 that Hisense, a Chinese consumer electronics and home appliances giant, became their latest global sponsor in a multi-year partnership.

Founded in 1969 and based in Qingdao, Shandong province, Hisense Group has sold home appliances and consumer electronics around the world for the past 51 years and has been a top 10 Chinese brand familiar to overseas audiences for five consecutive years.

According to the cooperation agreement, Hisense will provide better home viewing experiences for Paris Saint-Germain fans with its breakthrough technology.

The Hisense brand and product range will be showcased to spectators in the Parc des Princes stadium and around the world via TV broadcast, internet and social media channels.

The company will also provide a wide range of innovative products to the club's facilities, including its new training center.

Zhu said that Hisense will create the best possible home viewing experience for Paris Saint-Germain and its fans throughout the world.

Hisense has been promoting its brand and products through sponsorships of major sporting properties around the world, including the 2018 FIFA World Cup, EURO 2016, Formula One Red Bull racing and the Australia Open.
