To effectively prevent and cope with the importation of COVID-19 cases and protect the safety and health of the public, the following notice on strengthening declaration and registration of inbound travelers to Qingdao to ensure epidemic control is hereby issued in accordance with relevant laws and regulations:

1. All inbound travelers (including Chinese citizens returning to China, foreign nationals or stateless persons entering China), regardless of if they arrive in Qingdao directly from overseas or via other Chinese cities, should abide by the relevant requirements put in place by central, provincial and municipal authorities on epidemic control, and cooperate with such measures as testing, quarantine and observation.

2. All inbound travelers to Qingdao should report their arrival to their community (village committee) or their employer immediately upon arrival and log on to the "Information Registration System for Inbound Travelers to Qingdao" to honestly declare relevant information.

3. Inbound travelers who have been in Qingdao for less than 14 days as of the release of this notice and have not yet reported their arrival to their community (village committee) or employer should report immediately and truthfully declare and register relevant information in the "Information Registration System for Inbound Travelers to Qingdao".

4. Inbound travelers planning to come or return to Qingdao should ask or be informed by their friends or relatives to truthfully declare and register relevant information in the "Information Registration System for Inbound Travelers to Qingdao" 72 hours prior to their arrival.

5. Guesthouses (hotels), communities (village committees), enterprises (organizations), and landlords or hosts have the obligation to guide inbound travelers to declare and register relevant information in the "Information Registration System for Inbound Travelers to Qingdao".

6.The "Information Registration System for Inbound Travelers to Qingdao" can be accessed by scanning the QR code or following the official WeChat account of "www.qingdao.gov.cn"  (WeChat ID: qd-gov), clicking on the "疫情防控" (COVID-19 prevention and control) column and then clicking on "入境登记" (entry registration) to enter information.

7.For inbound travelers who deliberately conceal or give false information about their health, travel, living history or close contacts, or who refuse to comply with regulations on epidemic control, administrative penalties will be imposed according to law. If a crime is constituted, perpetrators will be prosecuted for criminal liability according to law.

8. Call 12345 to report violations of the rules on epidemic control measures concerning inbound travelers.

This notice comes into effect as of the date of release.
