The breathtaking maritime fireworks show has returned to Qingdao West Coast New Area (Qingdao WCNA), inviting visitors to experience a stunning blend of fire and water at sea. Held at the Hisense Plaza Village, the newly upgraded 2.0 version of the performance features the traditional intangible cultural heritage skills of datiehua (molten iron fireworks) and a fire pot show.

Against the backdrop of the ocean, performers execute highly technical movements, sending cascades of golden sparks into the sea to create a mesmerizing visual spectacle. Compared to previous years, this season's event offers extended performance times and more intricate choreography, ensuring an enhanced experience for all attendees.

Beyond the nightly fireworks, the area remains a hub of activity during the day. Visitors can engage in over 10 extreme water sports, including kayaking and paddleboarding, to enjoy the perfect collision of a sea breeze and speed.

The performances are scheduled every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8:00 PM until Oct 7. The event venue is located 100 meters west of the ferris wheel at the Hisense Plaza Village.

To ensure safety and the best possible view, organizers recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early and staying within designated viewing areas to remain clear of the molten iron and open flames.
