A delegation sent by Connect Vest, a leading Norwegian enterprise incubation organization and start up fund located in Bergen, Norway, visited Qingdao from Nov 15-16.

The delegation paid a visit to Pakplast Qingdao Co Ltd, the largest food container production company in Qingdao, and Why English, an experimental English school for children ranging from 2-12 years old.

The delegation also attended a trade meeting with the Qingdao Shinan district government, discussing cooperation in modern information technology, marine economy, energy conservation and environmental protection. 

Dag Skansen, the city councilor of Bergen from 2015-2019 and leader of the delegation, was amazed by how developed Qingdao has become.

"Qingdao is a promising and attractive city," said Dag, "We will continue to support the trade, commercial and technology exchange whereas friendship between two cities."
